The centerpieces of the services we offer are Instrumental activities of daily living and companionship. All other services fall under these centerpieces.

Instrumental activities of daily living: It relates to activities that support enhancement of independent living. Our goal is to increase consumers’ independence by assisting in preparing meals, shopping for groceries or personal items, performing light cleaning, laundry and use of telephones and transportation. True Empathy Home Care will ensure its employees are trained and certified to prepare or assist in preparing meals in accordance with consumers’ recommended diet. Also, grocery shopping will be in accordance with consumer’s recommended diet as well. Cleaning will be done in accordance with standard precautionary measures. Most importantly, we will ensure that consumers are safe especially during travel from one area to another.

Companionship: This is where our staffs use the opportunity to build significant trust with our consumers. Without trust, our consumers will literally feel unsafe. As the result, we failed as an agency in performing our duties and responsibilities. For these reasons, we take heels to our consumers’ safety and well-being through the expression of EMPATHY because empathy matters in all that we do.
