True Empathy Home Care is a non-medical home and community-based home care agency in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania rendering non-medical services to seniors and adults with disabilities in 12 counties (Philadelphia Chester, Lebanon, Delaware, Berks, Lancaster, Le high, Northampton, Montgomery, York, Bucks, and Dauphin).
